Advertising is subject to the approval of Central Coast Bride. Central Coast Bride reserves the right to
reject an application for advertising if it is deemed inappropriate for our site.
Central Coast Bride reserves the right to cancel advertising at any time. The Advertiser will be notified
in writing.
Central Coast Bride will have no liability to the Advertiser or any other person, with or without the
authority of the Advertiser, for any damages or loss suffered by that person arising from its use of the
published information, even if such loss or damage was foreseeable or foreseen by Central Coast
Bride.
The Advertiser indemnifies Central Coast Bride, its officers and employees against any claims for
damages suffered by any party arising out of that party’s use of the published information provided
by the Advertiser, through Central Coast Bride. The Advertiser releases Central Coast Bride from
liability for any loss or damage suffered by the Advertiser arising out of its use of published information.
The Advertiser is responsible for the copyright of any images, audio, video or copy supplied to Central
Coast Bride. Central Coast Bride will not be held liable for any breach of copyright laws.
Central Coast Bride shall not be liable in any manner for the loss or damage whatsoever to artwork or
other materials supplied by the advertiser.
Central Coast Bride makes no warranty as to the accuracy or correctness of any published
information or any other information that it provides to members and audience.
Information supplied by the Advertiser and published or used by Central Coast Bride, will remain the
responsibility of that particular Advertiser. It is incumbent upon each Advertiser to ensure that the
information provided is true and accurate.
All fees must be paid by Credit Card, Direct Deposit, Cheque or Money Order by 18th January 2008 in
order to take advantage of the Launch Introductory Pricing Offer. Central Coast Bride will issue an
invoice after return of advertising application form.
Payment for any advertising package is to be paid prior to website publishment.
Advertising will be placed on hold or cancelled if any fees remain unpaid for a period of 14 days after
they are due for renewal.
The advertiser agrees to an administration charge of $40.00 for each dishonoured cheque or
payment, and of $30.00 for any changes to advertising after 5 days from website publishment.
Central Coast Bride reserves the right to terminate any agreements where fees remain unpaid for
more than 30 days. All outstanding fees will remain payable.
Cancellation by advertisers can be made by informing Central Coast Bride in writing. No refunds can
be made payable for any cancellation.
Central Coast Bride will take reasonable steps to ensure the proper protection of information
provided.
Whilst due care will be taken in relation to the information provided, Central Coast Bride cannot be
held liable for disclosure or use by Central Coast Bride or third parties. |
